In October, a meeting of the TS Plzeň and PTSW teams took place on the occasion of the rolling line in Framatome, France went into three-shift operation. The rolling mill was put into full operation in the spring of 2022, and production has been ramping up since then. Zirconium is normally processed at the rolling mill, but during this year trial rolling of Hafnium and other unique materials took place. Customer Framatome plans further cooperation with the PTSW team on product mix expansion and new technological procedures.
